If there is an issue with your candle, please review our return policy below:

1. Damaged or Defective Items: If your candle arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. We’ll be happy to replace it or offer a refund. Please provide photos of the damage for faster processing.

2. Unused, Unopened Candles: If you’ve changed your mind, we accept returns on unused, unopened candles within 10 days of delivery. The item must be in its original packaging and in resaleable condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

3. Non-Returnable Items: Used candles cannot be returned due to health and safety reasons.
