What type of wax blend do we use?

Our candles are made with a natural wax blend (100% Vegetable Wax). It is known for its clean burn, smooth finish, and excellent throw. This natural wax is eco-friendly, free from additives, and gentle enough for homes with babies, ensuring a safe, long-lasting and consistent burn.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We process and ship orders Mon-Fri, excluding Bank Holidays. Most orders placed before 12PM GMT will ship next day. However, sometimes it may take longer, so please allow 3-5 business days for orders to be processed before shipping. Your order may take longer to ship if we’re experiencing high order volume. You’ll get a notification and tracking number via email when a tracking number has been created. It may take a few hours for tracking to show updates after a label has been created, depending on the carrier.

Where do we ship?

We currently ship to UK Mainland and UK Territories.

Do we ship outside the UK?
